The founder of the law firm - Advocate Paulina Smulska -Gachon, Ph.D. is the lawyer with domestic and international profile. She is Ph.D. in law and LL.M. in International Commercial Law. She specializes in corporate law, construction work law and real estate law. She conducts family cases as well.
She is an advocate in Warsaw Bar of Association and in Barcelona Bar of Accociation. She was recognized twice as reccomended lawyer in the prestigious international ranking Legal 500 (M&A).
As a legal expert she was participating in the meetings of parliamentary committees regarding bills of the legal acts. She was preparing opinions about the amendments to the legal acts. For many years she provided services to banks.
