The Law Firm of advocate Paulina Smulska Ph.D. was registered in 2016. At that time advocate Paulina Smulska Ph.D. had many years of experience as lawyer in International and Polish law firms in which she was representing clients in front of the courts and she was participating in international transactions.  

She defended her Ph.D. dissertation at University of Warsaw in 2015. In 2016 she was entered on the list of Advocates in Poland and in 2021 she obtained title LL.M. in International Commercial Law. In 2024 she was registered as an advocate in Spain.

In 2024 she was recognized second time in international ranking "Legal 500" as recommended lawyer in M&A field. For may years she was preparing opinion about the bills of legal acts. She was participating in the meetings of parliamentary committees regarding draft of legal acts.

As the Ph.D. researcher she was pro-active at University of Warsaw and Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University. For example: she was an organizer of interdisciplinary inter-universities seminar on law and ethics at the University of Warsaw and at the University of Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski. She is the author of many publications regarding commercial law.

In  professional practice, she specialize on corporate law, construction law and real estate law. For many years she was conducting civil proceedings regarding credit agreements, construction works and cases related to the commercial law. For many years she was providing services to the banks.

Based on the experience described above, a Polish-Spanish law firm was established, the idea of ​​which is to provide Clients with legal security in Poland and Spain, as well as in international transactions.

We assist clients in the real estate transactions in Spain. We cooperate with Spanish law offices in Catalonia, Alicante and Valencia. We help Client to find the real estate in Spain to buy.
