We advise Polish and foreign companies on the Polish market. Legal services include, among others: daily legal services for companies and company bodies, registration proceedings in the register of entrepreneurs (KRS), assistance during shareholders' meetings, preparation of documents and establishment of companies in Poland.
THE CREDIT AGREEMENT IN CHF
We help entities who have agreements related to foreign currencies, in particular in Swiss franc (CHF). We check whether the credit agreement can be recognized as invalid, the payment of credit installments can be suspended or whether there are any unfair terms in the contract. We provide assistance in cases regarding the so-called use of capital, the cases relating to the return of capital or cases regarding the deprivation of enforceability of a writ of execution.
CASES RE. WIBOR
We represent Clients in front of the courts in the cases regarding the removal of WIBOR from credit agreements in Polish złoty (PLN). The services includes among others: the preparation of the lawsuit (WIBOR case), the application for security of the claim and legal representation in front of the court.
REAL ESTATE IN SPAIN
This service include legal assistance in the process of buying real estate in Spain. We help Clients to obtain NIE number, open the bank account, check the legal status of the real estate and go through the all legal process of purchasing the real estate in Spain.
We are focused on Alicante, Valencia and Catalunia area in Spain. In order to provide the best services to our Clients we cooperate with the local law firms and tax advisors in Spain.
CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS - COMMERCIAL LAW
We provide services for domestic, international companies and individuals at all stages of the court disputes and also at the pre-litigation stage in civil cases or commercial cases and preliminary proceeding in the criminal cases.
It includes also participation in the mediation or representation of the Client in negotiations before the court's stage.
We represent clients in M&A transactions in Poland, particularly in the purches and sale of enterprises and other assets, including organized parts of enterprise, shares, and stocks in companies. Our services include: (i) legal analysis and proposal of the best solution adequate to the Client's needs, (ii) negotiation and preparation of contracts and other documents necessary for the transaction or restructuring, and (iii) due diligence of the company and preparation of a due diligence report.
Services in the field of construction law include, among others: preparation of the opinion about the issues and documents which appears druing the construction work process, preparation of contracts between entities participating in the construction works process and representation of the Clients in front of the courts in the event of a dispute related to construction works or/ and concluded agreement.
